The OTOW Canadian Club became an Incorporated Entity as of February 20th, 2020.

When the OTOW Canadian Club became an Incorporated Entity as of February 20, 2020 it meant that the Constitution and By Laws that had been previously in place for the club became Null and void.
The new By Laws were agreed to by the Executive Committee as of March 23, 2024.
